Important guidelines

Do not fill the bottle with warm or hot water, it will damage the cartridge material and destroy its alkaline/ hydrogen function.

Do not consume alkaline water 1 hour before and 1 hour after a meal. Use regular neutral water (pH 7.2) during this period.

Do not consume alkaline water while taking medicines and 30 minutes before and after taking medicines.

Children below 9 years should not consume alkaline water.

It’s important to clean the cartridge in every 15 days

When to replace the Cartridge?

The time period to replace the cartridge is about 750 litres. When the inside bottom of the bottle is touched lightly or if any air bubbles do not occur, you
must know, it’s time to replace the  cartridge.

How to do the Cartridge cleaning?

First, clean the cartridge with Vinegar or Citrate once every 15 days. You can
use the bottle immediately after cleaning it with pure water.

When you use Citrate – First pour water until the filter is submerged under water and put 2-3 spoonful of citrate (water vs citrate). Shake well 10 times
and wait for 5 minutes. Then, throw away the water and rinse it with pure
water.

When you use Vinegar – Pour mixed water and vinegar until the filter is submerged under water. Shake well 10 times and wait for 5 minutes. Then, throw away the water and rinse it with pure water.
